Order processing times Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery timeframes Delivery times vary depending on location and courier service. Le Furlé is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Tracking Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available. Delivery addresses Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Le Furlé cannot be held liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Sizing standard Le Furlé slippers follow standard European sizing. Fit guidance Our slippers are designed to fit true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Origin Le Furlé shoes are produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy, using traditional Furlane construction techniques. Materials Our shoes are made using natural textiles selected for durability and comfort. Variations in colour, texture, and finish are inherent characteristics of natural materials and should not be considered defects. Hand finishing Each pair is finished using artisanal processes. Minor variations between pairs are a natural result of this craftsmanship.

Return window Return requests must be made within a reasonable period following delivery, as assessed by Le Furlé. Exchanges Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are not guaranteed. Return shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty. Refunds Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Production quantities Le Furlé produces limited quantities to maintain quality and exclusivity. Restocks Certain core styles may be restocked at our discretion. Limited editions and archive styles may not be reproduced. Archive pieces Archive items may show minor variations or characteristics consistent with earlier production runs.

Custom Orders Looking for a specific colourway or a more personal touch? We offer a limited number of custom-made pairs on request. Each custom piece is crafted by hand in Italy and tailored to your desired combination, subject to material availability.
